treatment options

Balloon sinuplasty

Balloon sinuplasty is a balloon treatment for chronic sinusitis. It's a quick, minimally-invasive, in-office procedure that requires little to no recovery time. It's highly successful with patients whose sinus infections don’t respond to medications, specifically for those who have at least four sinus infections a year or a sinus infection for more than 12 weeks.

sinus surgery

Your sinuses and sinus cavities produce mucus that moisturizes the nasal passages and keeps pollutants and diseases at bay. Eventually, this mucus needs to drain out, and it’s when the sinus passages get blocked that sinus problems arise. The purpose of chronic sinusitis surgery procedures is to clear those blocked sinus openings if non-surgical medical treatment isn’t up to the task.

turbinate reduction

The aim of inferior turbinate reduction procedure (an allergy and sinus treatment) is to shrink swollen nasal turbinates that obstruct your nasal passages, which can cause symptoms such as frequent sneezing, congestion, headaches, sinus infections, and sleep apnea.
